Make do and mend, was the only way people survived WW2 with clothing. As the economy was so poor women and men had to restyle there clothing, or use other materials around there home to stay with current trends. I believe that this concept isn't used enough nowadays and I'll be working with this concept to try and show innovative ways to save money and stay in fashion. I believe this will be a main factor in my final collection.
